MY PHILOSOPHY – DOMENICO CONIDI
As a young boy, I helped my father on the farm. I was fascinated by the life cycle of plants and animals. In the evenings, my mother and I would cook the produce from the fields, and I enjoyed it so much that I soon realised that I wanted to be a chef.I completed my apprenticeship in Italy and came to Switzerland at the age of 21:
- At the Hotel Sommerau
- At the Storchen "La Rotisserie"
- At the Hotel Castel in Dorftirol
Today I have the privilege of opening my first restaurant and my aim is to combine regional and seasonal cuisine with products from my native Italy.
