Willkommen im La Gioia, wo die Faszination für den Lebenszyklus von Pflanzen und Tieren mit der Leidenschaft für exzellente Küche verschmilzt. Unsere Geschichte begann auf einem Bauernhof, wo ich als kleiner Junge meinem Vater half und die Wunder der Natur entdeckte. Die Ernte des Tages wurde am Abend von meiner Mutter in köstliche Gerichte verwandelt, und so wurde meine Leidenschaft für das Kochen geboren.
Inspiriert von diesen Erinnerungen haben wir ein modernes, elegantes und zeitloses Restaurant geschaffen, das die mediterrane Küche zelebriert. Unsere Gerichte sind geprägt von frischen, saisonalen Zutaten, die sorgfältig ausgewählt und hausgemacht sind. MY PHILOSOPHY – DOMENICO CONIDI
As a young boy, I helped my father on the farm. I was fascinated by the life cycle of plants and animals. In the evenings, my mother and I would cook the produce from the fields, and I enjoyed it so much that I soon realised that I wanted to be a chef.I completed my apprenticeship in Italy and came to Switzerland at the age of 21:
- At the Hotel Sommerau
- At the Storchen "La Rotisserie"
- At the Hotel Castel in Dorftirol
Today I have the privilege of opening my first restaurant and my aim is to combine regional and seasonal cuisine with products from my native Italy.
